Internal Knowledge Assistant
A B2B assistant that lets any employee ask in plain Persian and get an answer drawn only from the company's own documents. It retrieves the right passage across policies, SOPs, and catalogs, answers with the source cited, honestly says “not in the documents” when it doesn't know, and logs every unanswered question so the knowledge base keeps growing.
Hybrid retrieval with BGE-M3 embeddings and a BGE-reranker cross-encoder over the company's PDFs, with structure- and table-aware chunking that preserves Persian numerals and bidi reading order. Grounded generation runs on DeepSeek, constrained to answer only from the retrieved documents. Ships as a single Docker container running the Telegram bot, models mounted from a local cache.
